Stealth shots are gunfire that is directly hidden by the stage is being used on. It is most prominently possible with the Trap Gun, whose pausing rounds are incredibly small before they launch off. Flooding Grotto's water condition hides Trap Gun shots and the starting paths of long-rangers like the Afterburner Gun quite well. When the lights on Dark Star go out, Gravity Gun globes can catch the enemy by surprise. Not as obviously hidden examples include the Afterburner Gun on Gigantix Sprawl and Gliders on Kinetic Arena.
