Shipley and Winchell are Stark's assistants. They appear in Custom Robo Arena. He managed to participate in the Robo Cup, but he was defeated by Greybaum's robo. He also participated in the second Robo Cup, when Lambda Ltd. helped NeoBrain. When doing Stark's assignment, Shipley can be found by the left side of the NeoBrain facility, then behind the clocktower near the robocenter, and lastly next to the fountain in the big park.
