Cheepers is Marv's "henchman." He is a parrot who always follows Marv around in Custom Robo Arena. Cheepers is a bit of a smart aleck and he says things like "Run, Marv, run!" and "You? Starve? Ha!" to annoy Marv. It is unknown whether he actually likes Marv, or is just there to throw salt in his wounds. You can fight Cheepers when you get 7 gold trophies at the Arcade Battles in the Robocenter. One curiosity is that he can use the Soulboost while Marv cannot, suggesting that his mental strength surpasses Marv's.
